Shipping policy

Worldwide, fully insured delivery. We ship to almost every country. Every parcel is sent fully insured and tracked, with a signature required on delivery.

Carriers. We use established express carriers, primarily UPS and DHL, and only partners we have worked with over thousands of orders.

Dispatch and tracking. Orders are dispatched promptly once payment has cleared. You will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is collected.

Delivery times. Express delivery typically takes 1–2 working days within the UK, 2–4 working days in Europe and 3–6 working days for the rest of the world, after dispatch.

Duties and taxes are included. The price you see is the price you pay. All import duties, taxes and customs charges are included in the item price, so there is nothing to pay on delivery. Shipping is the only extra and is shown at checkout before you pay.
