Refunds and Returns Policy
Due to the unique and rare nature of our products, we operate under a strict no-returns policy, except in cases where required by law. We strongly encourage customers to carefully review all product details and photographs before purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Once the item has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible, and the item will be treated as a completed sale.
Furthermore, all of our items are “final sale” and “non-returnable”. All sales are final.

Returns Policy
We do not accept returns under any circumstances, except where legally required (e.g., for items that are significantly misdescribed or faulty).
To ensure transparency, please note the following:
• Condition of Items: All our items are carefully authenticated, inspected, and sold as-is. We mainly sell items that have no imperfections, signs of wear, etc and are in excellent (good-as-new condition). However, for products that are not brand new, this will be indicated in the item description. In this case, imperfections, signs of wear, or variations in color or fabric can be part of the vintage item’s character and do not qualify as faults.
• Final Sale: All items are sold on a final sale basis, and by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
Faulty or Misdescribed Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is significantly not as described, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing nat@hermesemporium.com with the following details:
1. Your order number.
2. Clear photographs of the item showing the issue.
3. A detailed explanation of your concern.
Eligibility for returns due to faults or misrepresentation is subject to the following conditions:
• The item must be in its original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original documentation and packaging.
• We reserve the right to refuse returns if the claimed issue is consistent with the item’s vintage nature or was clearly described before purchase.
• If approved, the item must be returned to us within 5 days of authorization at the customer’s expense.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are strictly non-returnable:
• Items explicitly marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable”. All of our items are sold on a final sale basis, and by completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
• Items showing signs of use, handling, or damage after delivery.
• Items missing original packaging or documentation.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where a return has been approved due to a significant fault. If approved:
• Refunds will cover the purchase price of the item only; shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Shipping Costs and Responsibility
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
